Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, channel development, trade marketing, or e-commerce account management.
- Experience with hardware, home improvement, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, or other marketplace platforms.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel for store and partner visits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key hardware and home improvement retailers
- Expand product distribution through indirect sales channels
- Grow online sales through Lazada, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms
- Identify and onboard new retail and distribution partners
- Conduct field visits to develop accounts and strengthen business relationships
- Manage online product listings, promotions, and marketplace performance
- Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and market reach
