Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to facilitate adoption of changes introduced by builds or rollouts. You will support stakeholders, perform impact analyses, and help craft change communications and training materials.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, an emphasis on KPI alignment, and proactive management of resistance to change in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management activities within a structured process framework.
• Ability to conduct impact analyses and stakeholder management during change processes.
• Experience with creating and executing Change Management Plans including communications and training.
• Ability to draft communication materials for project updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist and contribute to change management activities within a structured process to facilitate adoption.
• Support stakeholders to ensure full adoption of changes from builds and rollouts.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
• Contribute to Change Management Plan creation and execution, including communications and training.
• Assist in designing communication materials for disseminating project updates.
