Job summary

Indra Group seeks a change management consultant to drive successful transitions and transformations across the organization. You will lead end-to-end change efforts, analyzing impacts, planning, designing, and implementing changes with a focus on adoption, training, and culture.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Technology, HR Organizational Development, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in system implementation.
• Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
• Prosci certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As a consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
• End-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption covering impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.
