MicroSourcing in BGC, Taguig, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end IT change processes onsite in dayshift. You will standardize methods, chair the CAB, assess risks, and maintain service stability.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT Service Management with a focus on Change Management, strong communication, and governance enforcement in a 24/7 environment. ITIL Intermediate certification and telecom experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Change Management process to ensure standardized methods are used for efficient handling of all changes.
• Facilitate and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review high-risk or complex changes.
• Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes to maintain service stability and minimize disruptions.
• Manage the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) to coordinate timing and prevent resource conflicts.
• Ensure all changes are supported by appropriate documentation, testing evidence, and rollback plans.
• Review post-implementation results to identify trends and drive continuous process improvements.
