Partners with product, technical, governance, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective change delivery, and sustained adoption.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Technology organization as an ITOF Change Management Lead, where you will support and drive structured change management activities across enterprise IT Operations & Foundation initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating change readiness, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities that enable successful delivery and adoption of complex technology and operational changes.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and enterprise governance teams to translate technical change into clear, actionable messaging and adoption strategies. This role offers the opportunity to operate in a global, matrixed environment and grow your professional competencies in enterprise change, transformation, and stakeholder management.

The Role

To be successful in this role as an ITOF Change Management Lead, you should be able to assess change impacts, design and execute change strategies, and enable stakeholder readiness across complex IT and operational initiatives. You will apply strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills to ensure changes are clearly understood, adopted, and sustained.

As an ITOF Change Management Lead, you will:

• Support ITOF change efforts aligned to operations and foundation platform strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management plans including communication, readiness, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Work closely with Manila TDC Product Owners and Technical Leads to understand complex technical changes and translate them into clear change narratives.
• Coordinate with ITOF Execution & Governance and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
• Track change progress, stakeholder readiness, and adoption signals, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Reinforce desired behaviors and adoption through clear, timely, and consistent communication.
• Maintain change metrics and reporting to assess effectiveness and support leadership decision‑making.

Requirements

Experience

• Experience in enterprise change management, IT transformation, or large‑scale technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a global or matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with structured change management, governance, or delivery frameworks.
