Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted seeks an IT Operations & Foundation Change Management Lead to drive structured change initiatives across enterprise IT programs. You will coordinate readiness, communications, and stakeholder engagement to enable successful delivery and adoption of complex technology changes.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to translate technical changes into clear narratives and adoption strategies, working in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise change management, IT transformation, or large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive structured change management activities across enterprise IT Operations & Foundation initiatives.
• Coordinate change readiness, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Translate technical change into clear messaging and adoption strategies.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to understand complex technical changes and translate them into clear change narratives.
• Coordinate with Governance and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
• Track change progress, stakeholder readiness, and adoption signals, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Reinforce desired behaviors and adoption through clear, timely, and consistent communication.
• Maintain change metrics and reporting to assess effectiveness and support leadership decision-making.
