Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Change Management Senior Analyst to support ongoing transformation initiatives and enhance our Manila-based capabilities. You will apply structured change methodologies to assess, design, and deliver solutions that drive adoption and sustain value.

You will collaborate with the APAC Change Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to execute key activities, develop communications, and deliver learning interventions that enable new ways of working across the S&T organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Org Development and Leadership or related field.
• 3–5 years HR/OMD/CM or human capital consulting with strong knowledge in change management, organizational design, culture, and business transformation.
• CM experience within a GCC or GBS location.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with cross-geography stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leverage established Change Management methodologies and tools to execute transitions and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Deliver effective change plans in conjunction with the Change Lead for global functional teams.
• Conduct Change Activities including Stakeholder Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, and Change Management Plans.

Overview

PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization drives PepsiCo’s digital transformation and critical strategic initiatives across all sectors and functions. Within S&T, the Change Center of Excellence (COE) enables this agenda by delivering change management expertise in support of PepsiCo’s “Big Bets,” including establishing global frameworks, driving adoption, and building change capability across the enterprise.

As part of this transformation, PepsiCo’s Global Capability Centers (GCCs) play a key role in delivering work at scale. GCCs bring together global talent to provide standardized, high-quality services across functions such as Finance, People Experience, Supply Chain, and Digital. Since 2018, they have evolved into a global capability engine that enables simpler processes, faster cycle times, and more data-driven ways of working. As we continue to advance our GCC strategy, we are building new capabilities and hiring talent to support this next phase of growth and evolution.

We are seeking a Change Management Senior Analyst to support ongoing transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of our Manila-based capabilities. This role will apply structured change methodologies to assess, design, and deliver solutions that drive successful outcomes. Working closely with the APAC Change Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, the analyst will support the execution of key transformation activities and help ensure adoption and sustainability of change.

Responsibilities

• Leverage established Change Management methodologies and tools to execute transitions drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Deliver effective change plans in conjunction with the Change Lead for global functional teams
• Conduct key change activities, included but not limited to: Stakeholder Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, and Change Management Plans.
• Design materials spanning a variety of methods to drive awareness, education and engagement across the organization on relevant initiatives. Deliver communications via multi-communication channel initiatives to provide a compelling case for change for transformation and enable value proposition for stakeholders & employees
• Plan, Design and Deliver Change Impact workshops
• Support in developing and rolling out communication strategy and training materials, partnering with other experience Communications practitioners.
• Plays an active part in enabling education through key learning interventions on change management and new ways of working both within and outside the S&T organization.
• Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding.
• Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process
• Stay connected on stakeholder feedback for measuring NPS bi-annually

Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Org Development and Leadership or another related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR/OMD/CM industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation.
• CM experience within a GCC or GBS location
• Understanding or experience in change management via projects or CM experience preferred
• Storytelling and/or strong presentation skills.
• Creative skills with Canva experience preferred
• Be fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Experience of working with cross-geography stakeholders preferred
