Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila seeks a change management consultant to drive successful transitions across the organization, collaborating with leaders and project teams. You will lead end-to-end change initiatives: impact analysis, planning, designing and implementing change while ensuring adoption across culture and processes, including training.

A bachelor's degree in business or technology, plus experience in system implementation and strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in listed fields is required.
• Experience in system implementation.
• Experience in change management or organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• High empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
• Prosci certification is an advantage.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology field, HR Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering
• Experience in system implementation
• Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
