Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Change and Human Experience Consultant in our Talent practice. The role involves defining change strategies for transformation programs, engaging stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools to drive adoption.

You will work with multinational teams to deliver cloud and SaaS implementations, drive organizational readiness, and contribute to practice-building efforts such as recruiting and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in change management programs.
• Techno-functional experience in cloud platforms/systems implementation.
• Ability to articulate business value of recommendations and plans.

Responsibilities

• Discover stakeholders’ challenges and expectations.
• Define a Change Management strategy for business transformations.
• Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
• Assist clients in developing their change capability and agility.
• Co-create solutions and conduct stakeholder sessions and reviews.
• Conduct Change Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans.
• Implement strategies to embed new processes.
