Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in US healthcare/global healthcare industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Experience coordinating with mid-level to senior client leadership
• Self-driven with team management and delivery ownership
• Strong business system analysis and/or program management skills
• Cross-cultural competence and adaptability in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare strategy and technology transformation programs for clients
