Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Cebu-based entertainment, media & telco account. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve service concerns in a fast-paced BPO setting.

Requirements include 6 months Telco experience, B2 English proficiency, and a high school diploma (Old or New Curriculum). Onsite work in Cebu and weekend/holiday shifts are part of the role, with a strong emphasis on excellent

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Telco experience.
• B2 English proficiency required.
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
• Able to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service-related concerns.
• Assist customers with account and telecommunications-related requests.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Process customer requests and transactions following company procedures.
• Document customer interactions and update account information.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service and meet quality and performance standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and account guidelines.
