We are looking for Customer Service Representatives and Sales Representatives to assist clients with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and promote products or services across various channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and are confident in communicating and building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, or policies
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
