Job summary

VAP (VA Platinum) | Outsourcing Experts is hiring an experienced Employee Relations Specialist in the Philippines to support ER matters in a high-volume environment. You will handle employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary matters, applying Philippine labour laws and DOLE regulations while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication across all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and case-management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations or HR in high-volume environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience handling employee relations cases: complaints, grievances, attendance, conduct, workplace conflicts, performance matters, disciplinary cases.
• Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws, DOLE regulations and employment standards.
• Familiarity with disciplinary procedures, NTEs, administrative hearing docs, notices of decision, and ER correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; objective assessment and recommendations.
• High integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism; handle sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational and case-management skills; manage multiple ER cases and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and escalate complex matters to management or Legal when needed.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented; identify ER risks and preventive actions.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills; attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS or case-management tools are advantages.
