Job summary

PM Consulting, Cebu-based, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, multi-branch organization, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and scalable execution.

You will drive change management, quality assurance, ISO compliance, audits, and performance measurement across branches, partnering with senior leaders to deliver consistent results from Cebu to other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Significant senior leadership experience overseeing operations in a large, multi-branch organization.
• Experience managing a network of 100+ stores, branches, or operating locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into operational strategies, policies, and action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee operations across a large branch network, ensuring consistency in service and performance.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and adopt new processes, systems, and standards.
• Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and establish scalable systems for expansion.
• Strengthen quality management and ISO compliance across the organization.
• Oversee operational audits, governance, and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement across branches.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, supply chain, sales and other functions to align operations.
• Develop leadership across the organization and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide management with timely insights into performance, risks, and priorities.
