Job summary

PM Consulting in Cebu is seeking a Site Operations & Workplace Services Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, facilities, and administrative requirements of a large corporate site in Cebu. You will partner with the Site Lead to translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, coordinate governance routines, and drive cross-functional initiatives across business and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.
• 5–10 years in facilities management or corporate real estate.
• At least 5 years leading projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site and workplace operations, ensuring a safe, efficient environment.
• Lead facilities management, repairs, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local regulations.
• Manage space planning, visitor management, and office supplies.
• Coordinate leadership governance routines and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects with timelines and milestones.
• Support business continuity, risk management, and crisis response.
