Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager - CDI Operations in the Philippines to oversee US healthcare CDI operations. You will manage performance, workforce, and client relationships while ensuring adherence to productivity, quality, and turnaround targets.

You will lead Team Leaders, CDI Specialists, Quality Auditors, and Trainers, focusing on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and AI-enabled initiatives. Strong English communication and US-hours flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related healthcare field.
• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license is required.
• 5–7 years of US healthcare operations experience, preferably in CDI or related services.
• 2–3 years of people management or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Clinical Documentation Improvement and CMS guidelines.
• Certifications: AHIMA CCS or AAPC CIC with CCDS or CDIP.
• Experience in healthcare BPO, KPO, or offshore US healthcare operations.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to work US business hours or night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily CDI operations to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor reports and dashboards, identify gaps, and implement actions.
• Manage workforce allocation, staffing, and costs.
• Develop Team Leaders, CDI Specialists, Quality Auditors, Trainers.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Serve as operational contact for US clients and report performance updates.
