Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a USRN CDI Specialist to review and evaluate medical documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with coding standards. This role bridges patient care and accurate recordkeeping, with an onsite position in BGC, Taguig during mid-shift hours.

You will bring an active USRN license and at least three years of bedside experience in ED, ICU, or medical-surgical wards, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years bedside experience in ED/ICU or Medical-Surgical Ward.
• Strong understanding of clinical indicators, disease processes, and treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willing and able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig during mid-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate medical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with clinical and coding standards.
• Improve the quality of healthcare documentation and support accurate coding, billing, and care coordination.
