Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Team Lead – Healthcare Customer Support & AI Operations to supervise shift operations during U.S. business hours. You will coach HITL specialists, audit AI outputs, and ensure quality in healthcare workflows.

Onsite night shift in Cebu. Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading teams in healthcare or contact centers, strong English communication, and experience with EHR/CRM platforms and AI monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory roles in healthcare operations, contact centers, or customer success.
• Strong background in U.S. healthcare administrative workflows (patient intake, scheduling, insurance eligibility, HIPAA).
• Exceptional written and verbal English with a U.S.-facing communication style and coaching ability.
• Ability to navigate EHR, CRM, and AI monitoring platforms simultaneously.
• Full availability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations, attendance, task allocation, and queue management for U.S. hours.
• Establish QA standards and audit specialists’ interventions, AI outputs, and patient communications.
• Coach HITL specialists through 1-on-1s, call evaluations, and structured feedback.
• Synthesize AI error logs and edge cases into actionable feedback for product/AI teams.
• Collaborate with client practices on scheduling logic, insurance verification, HIPAA compliance, and escalations.
