Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Manila is seeking an Officer in the Control Room to monitor non‑gaming operations, respond to alarms, and ensure a safe and secure environment while delivering high levels of internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities include managing resources via radio/telephone requests, operating CCTV, maintaining access systems, assisting in training, compiling reports, and upholding health and safety policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year CCTV experience.
• Experience with security access control systems.
• Experience with Photo ID applications is favorable.
• Tertiary level education preferred.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Officer, Control Room, the Officer, Control Room is responsible for monitoring all non-gaming related operational functions of the Surveillance Department and other areas to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable environment within the Company is maintained. He / She is responsible for providing high level of customer service to their internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Observes and monitors persons on premises using CCTV camera systems, responds to persons behaving suspiciously or unlawfully and reports security breaches.
• Allocates resources and tasks by responding, in a timely manner, to telephone/radio requests, monitoring progression/completion of tasks, recording and logging of all relevant information.
• Acknowledges, responds and records all alarms within the appropriate time frame.
• Maintains Security Access System.
• Monitors and coordinates communications during emergencies.
• Maintains and monitors radios and other equipment.
• Provides assistance and information to security operations.
• Assists in the training of new Officer, Control Room.
• Performs additional tasks as required including the functions of a security, staff entry and Officer, Loading Dock.
• Performs administrative tasks including reports and compilation of statistics.

Qualifications

I. Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year previous CCTV experience
• Experience with security access control systems
• Experience with Photo ID applications is favorable
