Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking a CCTV Operator to monitor hotel premises and support security operations in Tacloban. The role requires vigilance in observing feeds, reporting incidents promptly, and maintaining strict confidentiality of footage and guest information.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in CCTV or security roles, familiarity with DVR/NVR systems, and the ability to work shifting schedules including nights and weekends.

Job description

• Senior High School graduate; a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, surveillance, or a related position, preferably in a hotel, resort, commercial establishment, or similar environment.

• Knowledgeable in operating CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and security recording equipment.

• Ability to continuously monitor multiple camera feeds and identify unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities.

• Basic knowledge of security procedures, incident reporting, access control, and emergency response protocols.

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to accurately document incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly with Security Officers, supervisors, and hotel departments.

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding CCTV footage, security incidents, guest information, and hotel operations.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

• Physically and mentally capable of performing prolonged monitoring duties and working extended periods in a CCTV control room.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, nights, weekends, holidays, and during peak hotel operations.

• Professional, alert, responsible, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity.
