You will review installation practices, maintenance procedures and technical specs against requirements, examine data handling and storage, and prepare detailed audit reports.

About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a CCTV Compliance Auditor to join our audit team on a full-time basis at our Cubao office in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This role is fundamental to ensuring that our clients' CCTV systems and related operations comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices. As a CCTV Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our clients' interests whilst maintaining the highest standards of audit integrity and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive external audits of CCTV systems, infrastructure and operations to verify compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards

• Reviewing and assessing CCTV installation practices, maintenance procedures and technical specifications against compliance requirements

• Examining data handling, storage, retention and security protocols related to CCTV footage and associated systems

• Preparing detailed audit reports documenting findings, observations, recommendations and areas requiring corrective action

• Identifying gaps in compliance and developing actionable remediation plans for clients

• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss audit findings and clarify technical requirements

• Maintaining comprehensive audit documentation and records in accordance with professional standards

• Staying updated on evolving regulatory requirements, legislation and industry best practices related to CCTV compliance

What we're looking

• Demonstrated knowledge of CCTV systems, security infrastructure, data protection principles and relevant regulatory requirements

• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, standards and frameworks applicable to compliance auditing

• Proficiency in audit planning, risk assessment, audit documentation and report preparation

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify compliance gaps and technical inconsistencies

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present audit findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audit software tools

• Professional demeanour and commitment to maintaining audit independence and objectivity

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
