Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Command Center/CCTV Operator to monitor CCTV feeds, detect security or operational incidents, and report findings promptly.

The role requires coordination with Security, IT, and Retail teams, accurate shift reports, and proper turnover of incidents and equipment status at each shift end. A IT/CS degree and 1 year CCTV experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a Command Center, CCTV monitoring, or a similar role.
• 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
