Job summary

Caravan Food Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our catering business by handling government agencies, corporate clients, and events.

You will develop new opportunities, prepare quotations, join government bidding opportunities, close sales, and coordinate catering services with clients and our operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, familiarity with government or corporate clients, and a background in catering or events sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience handling government or corporate clients.
• Experience in catering, food service, hotel, restaurant, or events sales is highly preferred.
• Experience with government bidding/PhilGEPS is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and attend client meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain government and corporate accounts
• Look for new clients and business opportunities
• Promote packed meals, catering packages, and event catering services
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Assist in government bidding and procurement requirements
• Coordinate with clients for meetings, seminars, trainings, and corporate events
• Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Attend client meetings and events when needed
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular sales reports
