Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator with at least 1 year in casino/hotel scheduling to join our operations team. You will manage daily pit allocations, handle last-minute changes, and ensure timely, courteous service.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field, strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with supervisors to optimize staffing, maintain rosters, and support a high‑volume guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• At least 1 year of scheduling experience.
• Experience in casino and hotel scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player with commitment to self-development.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Revise daily pit/allocation to meet operational demands.
• Manage changes in business requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify shortfalls or anomalies and raise them to the Supervisor.
• Assess and process requests based on business demand.
• Maintain records for leaves, sick calls, suspensions, and days off.
• Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
