Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Scheduler - Workforce Planning to manage daily pit allocation, work schedules, and attendance. You will revise allocations to meet operational demands, ensure prompt customer service, and maintain accurate attendance records.

The ideal candidate will have college-level education, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Hotel casino experience is a plus, with flexible shifting including holidays.

Qualifications

• At least college level education is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
• Proactive, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Scheduling/Rostering systems is an advantage but not necessary.
• Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office, especially word processing and data entry.
• Presentable, well-mannered and confident demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules including government-declared holidays.

Responsibilities

• Revising daily pit allocation to meet operational demands following TRLEI and departmental policies.
• Ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service via phone, face-to-face, and written communication.
• Assessing and processing requests based on business demands.
• Operating office telephone and e-mail for communication.
• Maintaining records of leave of absences, sick/emergency calls, and special days off as related to rosters.
• Proactively identifying shortfalls or anomalies and informing the supervisor on duty.
• Attending shift briefings as necessary.
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and motivated work environment promoting teamwork.
• Being familiar with local labor law, company Time and Attendance Policy & Procedure, and related policies affecting scheduling.
• Administering established policies and procedures appropriately.
• Displaying advanced working knowledge of department software packages.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Assuming other duties as assigned by superiors.
