Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Casino Cashiering Supervisor to oversee the cashiering team aboard our ships, ensuring courteous and professional service to guests. You will supervise cash handling activities and coordinate daily operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent guest service, and the ability to manage an international crew, train staff, and enforce policy compliance while resolving guest issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Supervisory cash handling experience in a guest-facing environment.
• Proven customer service skills with guests in a professional manner.
• Able to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and crew.
• Ability to count chips and currency quickly and accurately.
• Operates coin counters, chip mechanisms, and 10-key adding machine.
• Basic math for cash, coin counting and reconciliations.
• Learns and applies policies related to HR functions.
• Able to supervise an international team of cashiers and motivate staff.
• Uses disciplinary action processes through coaching and counseling when needed.
• Proficient with computers, Internet, Excel and Word.
