Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years college degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous shoreside or ship-based Casino experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to Club Royale guests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Handle direct group reservations, including cabin inventory, air gateways, and dining assignments.
• Resolve guest issues, investigate complaints, and maintain accurate booking records.
• Serve as liaison between products and Sales, Revenue Management, GPS and other areas as needed.
• Aim to meet revenue targets while ensuring guest satisfaction.
