Job summary

Royal Caribbean International in Manila seeks a Representative, Club Royale to deliver exceptional service to our high-value casino guests and identify opportunities to increase visits aboard our ships.

You will handle travel partners, direct guests and group reservations, manage cabin inventory and payments, and collaborate with Sales, GPS and Revenue teams to meet revenue targets while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years college degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 months Royal Caribbean call center experience required.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Previous shoreside or ship-based Casino experience preferred.
Previous external-facing experience with high-value guests preferred.

Responsibilities

Service Travel Partners and Direct Guests who are Club Royale members or via shore side partnerships.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, faxes and mail from partners and guests.
Manage direct group reservations: inventory, air gateways, hotel packages, dining, manifests, payments.
Answer questions regarding groups, products and policies.
Sell cruise vacation packages by aligning products with customer interests and dates.
Adhere to productivity goals and schedules.
