Job summary

Nephro Specialist in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Cashier to handle patient payments and ensure billing accuracy within the clinic.

You will process transactions, reconcile cash daily with the Branch Administrative Officer/Facility Administrator, and manage checks for physicians and suppliers, while handling mail and courier duties.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a busy healthcare environment.

• Process all payment transactions accurately according to enrolled packages or billed rates.
• Capture and report items billed outside the treatment package.
• Reconcile cash and endorse all cash transactions to the appropriate person.
• Perform daily reconciliation of Daily Cash Report with Branch Administrative Officer/Facility Administrator.

Job description

• The Cashier is primarily responsible to process all payment transactions in a manner that reflects the correct package/rates that the patients are enrolled in or to be billed.
• Ensure that the items that are billed separately outside the treatment package must be captured and reported correctly.
• The Cashier must reconcile and endorse all cash transactions to the appropriate person.
• Responsible for Daily reconciliation of Daily Cash Report must be done with the Branch Administrative Officer/Facility Administrator.
• Do other duties including but not limited to releases of checks to the Physician-On-Duty and other suppliers, receiving all correspondence either by mail or courier and forwarding them to the concerned personnel.
