• Maintain a sufficient change fund and reconcile POS readings.
• Count cash against POS readings and ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Maintain board meals and monitor food charges.
• Deposit cash sales to the bank.
• Oversee front-end activities and deter loss through monitoring of entrances/exits.
• Record order slips and prepare billing statements; reconcile transactions.

Responsibilities
