Asia Select, Inc. is seeking a Career Support Manager in Taguig (BGC) to lead a night-shift team, drive placements, and shape an employment-focused culture.

You will guide a group of 5–15 professionals and partner with hiring managers to deliver timely opportunities for job seekers and employers. You’ll use data to optimize processes, build the Voice of Job Seeker program, and ensure a frictionless experience from contact to placement, while modeling inclusive leadership in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in call center or customer care operations.
• 2+ years as a manager in call center/customer care.
• Experience with US RPO/volume hiring, CRM/ATS tools.
• Proven experience establishing or scaling new accounts, campaigns, or processes.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement or business implementation projects.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment using metrics to manage the business and deliver results for job seekers and employers.
• Manage processes to provide insights for Job Seekers and employers.
• Oversee processes to close candidates and confirm employment.
• Lead by example and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Manage a team of 5–15 employees, including potential Manager of Manager scope.
• Build the Voice of Job Seeker program to reduce friction in the US marketplace.
