Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, contact center, recruitment, administration, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable performing outbound communication activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using various systems, tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide candidate and employer support, including outreach and engagement.
• Process job applications and maintain candidate/employer pipelines.

• Create and issue invoices for placements and monitor payments.
