The role involves coordinating admissions for ongoing treatments, initial assessments, and planning nurse schedules well in advance, with training provided. Ideal candidates have prior scheduling experience in healthcare, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, rostering, coordination, or administration.
• Healthcare/Nursing industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn client processes and scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for nursing services.
• Schedule admissions for ongoing nursing treatments.
• Coordinate new patient initial assessments.
• Plan and manage ongoing nursing schedules in advance.
• Coordinate nurse availability and appointments to ensure services are scheduled.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Communicate scheduling information and updates as required.
• Identify and address scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Support smooth and efficient coordination of nursing services.
• Work with internal teams and nursing staff to meet scheduling requirements.
• Perform other scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
