Job summary

GCash is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial design and technical implementation to final execution, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with customer success goals.

You will work with a dynamic team, translate product capabilities into creative tactics, monitor live KPIs, and turn data into actionable insights that prove value to clients while fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of a campaign—from initial design and technical implementation to final execution—ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with customer success goals and brand standards.
• Translate technical capabilities into effective campaign tactics, stretching the product’s features to solve unique client challenges.
• Maintain a pulse on live campaigns by monitoring KPIs in real time and proactively pivot strategies to maximize delivery and impact.
• Partner with Data Operations to ensure data integrity, effective audience targeting, and accurate flow of information across platforms.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations to decode the why behind results and transform data into actionable insights for clients.
• Utilize historical performance data and learnings to develop high-level recommendations and drive long-term partnerships.
