The incumbent will coordinate with sales leadership to develop comprehensive territory plans, monitor performance, and mentor field teams to ensure consistent achievement of targets and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or related business field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in leading a team of medical sales representatives.
• Willing to be assigned to various locations in Visayas.
