Job summary

Sales Department in Davao City is seeking a personnel to drive outbound telemarketing efforts and generate qualified prospects. The role emphasizes achieving a minimum of three vehicle sales and leveraging Internet Sales platforms and related strategies.

Fresh graduates may apply. The position offers a basic salary plus government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and a commission/incentive structure aligned with performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field; Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects for every prospective sale (Show Up, Test Drive, Credit Application).
• Minimum sales target of 3 units.
• Utilize Internet Sales platforms (Autodeal, ZigWheels) and other strategies.
• Basic salary is provided along with SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig; no allowance-based arrangement.

• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
