The role focuses on outbound telemarketing, customer engagement, and effective written communications, with a base salary plus commissions and incentives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (fresh graduates welcome), is fluent in English and Filipino, and excels in customer service and interpersonal skills to close deals and meet

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field; Fresh graduates accepted.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show Up, Test Drive, or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Achieve minimum sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, ZigWheels, and other New Normal Sales Strategy.
• Provide basic salary plus statutory benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig).

• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
