Kia Bacolod - Sales Department is seeking a capable Sales Associate to drive outbound telemarketing initiatives and convert inquiries into vehicle prospects in Negros Occidental. Fresh graduates welcome, with strong English and Filipino skills and a knack for professional correspondence.

You will generate 10 warm prospects per day, aim for at least 3 unit sales, and leverage online platforms like Autodeal and ZigWheels as part of a modern sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.

• Proficient in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate at least 10 warm prospects per day through show-ups, test drives, or credit applications.

• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
