Job summary

MG Bacolod in Negros Occidental is seeking a motivated Sales Associate with outbound telemarketing experience to drive lead generation and close sales through internet-based strategies. The role rewards a base salary plus commissions, with standard social benefits.

Fluency in English and Filipino and strong communication skills are essential, along with a results-driven attitude to meet minimum sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show UP, Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Maintain a good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, ZigWheels, and other 'New Normal' sales strategies.
• Provide a basic salary for sales effort along with SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig; not an 'Allowance Based' arrangement.
