Kia Matina Davao - Sales Department is seeking sales professionals in Davao City who can generate warm prospects through outbound telemarketing and internet sales platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome, with fluency in English and Filipino and strong communication skills.

The role targets a minimum of 3 car sales and about 10 warm prospects per sale, with a basic salary plus statutory benefits. Commission, incentives, and an internet marketing allowance are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters or emails; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate about 10 warm prospects (show-up, test drive, or credit application) for every prospective sale.
• Achieve minimum of 3 unit sales.
• Utilize Internet Sales platforms (Autodeal, ZigWheels) and other modern sales strategies.
• Base salary with benefits; no
• We provide basic salary plus statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Current program adds commissions, volume incentives, and seasonal incentives.

Job Description

• Generation of 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
