Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Executive for MG Zamboanga to drive new business. You will generate 10 warm prospects per sale and target a minimum of 3 unit sales, using online platforms as part of a modern sales strategy.

A basic salary plus commissions is provided, with SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig. Fresh graduates are welcome. Fluency in English and Filipino, strong writing skills, and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing/Communications or related field required.
• Fresh graduates accepted.
• Strong written communication skills (letters/emails).
• Fluent in English and Filipino with proficient computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Achieve minimum of 3 unit sales.
• Leverage Internet Sales strategies (Autodeal, ZigWheels, etc.).
• Salary includes basic pay plus SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig (no allowance-based arrangement).

Job Description:

• Generation of 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.

Current Programs:

• HMO on the 2nd year as soon as you hit minimum sales (36 units in 12 months)
• Package includes Commission, Volume Incentives, and other seasonal incentives.
