Job summary

MG Motors General Santos - Sales Department seeks a sales associate with a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in outbound telemarketing is a plus, and fluency in English and Filipino is required.

You will generate warm prospects, target a minimum of 3 units, and leverage Internet sales channels. The package includes a basic salary with SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG and commissions plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field; fresh graduates accepted.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters or emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
