Job summary

An automotive dealership is seeking a Sales Associate to sell automobiles by demonstrating their features and developing relationships with buyers. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and while experience in sales is preferred, it is not required. Applicants must be willing to undergo training and may be assigned to multiple locations including Commonwealth, QC and San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least College Level or possess a Vocational Diploma.
• Related work experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to undergo training and work at different locations.

• Understands, demonstrates & sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be at least College Level, or possesses a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Must have good communication and/or interpersonal skills.
