Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Cebu City seeks a Capability Content Specialist to develop and update training materials, eCourses, and knowledge content aligned with operational changes.

You will ensure materials are complete and deployment-ready, support digital learning solutions, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product, and Project teams for rollout across CCC and enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Develop and update capability materials (training decks, eCourses, process docs)
• Create and maintain knowledge content with accuracy
• Assist in standardizing content across CCC
• Ensure materials are complete and deployment-ready
• Support digital learning solutions (eLearning, guides, microlearning)
• Translate updates into actionable capability materials
• Collaborate with CCC and enterprise projects to gather needs
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Product, Systems and Projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning content and UX
• Perform other duties inherent to the position
• Possess ownership of capability domains (knowledge mgmt, eLearning design) as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and update capability materials and assets (training decks, eCourses, process documentation, job aids, knowledge content), ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational changes
• Curate and standardize content into structured, reusable, and consistent solutions across CCC
• Ensure all materials are complete, clear, and ready for deployment, enabling Capability Operations to deliver effectively
• Maintain and update learning repositories and knowledge systems, ensuring proper version control, accessibility, and accuracy
• Design and support digital and learner-friendly solutions (eLearning, guides, microlearning), improving usability and engagement
• Translate process updates, product changes, and project requirements into simple, actionable capability materials
• Participate in and support CCC and enterprise-wide projects, helping identify capability needs, manage timelines, and ensure readiness of learning solutions for rollout
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Total Experience, Product, Systems, and Projects) to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure alignment of deliverables
• Support continuous improvement of learning content, design standards, and user experience
• Performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but are logically inherent to the position
• May take ownership of specific capability domains or solution areas (e.g., knowledge management, eLearning design, documentation governance, or project workstreams), ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of capability assets
