Gratitude Philippines is hiring for a Multilingual Language - Cantonese role onsite in Quezon City. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Cantonese and English, supporting billing, accounts, and product information in a fast-paced BPO environment.

We require Cantonese fluency, solid English, and the ability to understand complex conversations and implied meanings. Visa eligibility in the Philippines is required; temporary resident visa is accepted for non-Filipino

• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer loyalty and accurate information.

Job Title: Multilingual Language - Cantonese

Work setup: Onsite in Quezon City

Work schedule: Shifting/ Night shift

Salary: 52,212.67 to 130,114.00 (Salary remains negotiable)

20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

Availability: ASAP

Hires: 50 hires

Target Start Date: immediately

Job Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Cantonese language
• Use the language effectively in a professional environment
• Understand complex and extended conversations including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
• The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified in the table
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (02C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Candidate must be able to work on PH and with a valid working VISA
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines and available to start ASAP
