Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate professionally
• Able to understand complex discussions and implied meanings
• Good conversational English; training in English will be conducted
• No mandatory BPO experience; beginners welcome
• Experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash is an advantage but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
• Non-Filipino applicants with valid Temporary Resident Visa are welcome to apply
