The role requires Cantonese fluency and English conversational skills, with dayshift on-site work in Cebu and a monthly salary range of PHP 70,000 to PHP 100,000. The position targets candidates with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and a willingness to engage in outbound activities across multiple channels.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to generate leads and drive sales.
• Communicate and coordinate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English, depending on their language preferences and business needs.
• Track, monitor, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts to support business goals and performance targets.
