The role focuses on generating leads through outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, while engaging clients in Cantonese and English to close sales. Open to undergraduates or Bachelor's graduates with sales or business development experience, including lead gen, cold calling, negotiation, and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese; conversational English required.
• Open to undergraduates or Bachelor's graduates.
• Experience in Sales or related roles, preferably B2B.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
• Communicate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English according to language needs.
• Track, monitor, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to support targets.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
