J-K Network Services group. in Cebu is seeking a Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative on a dayshift schedule. This on-site role focuses on generating leads through outbound campaigns and helping drive revenue in a BPO setting.

The candidate will need strong Cantonese language skills, an English conversational ability, and experience in sales or related roles. Training and company onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or related roles, preferably in B2B sales.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
• Communicate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English, depending on language needs.
• Track, monitor, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
