Qualifications

• Graduation with a Bachelor Degree in Fishery or related science.
• Basic supervisory and leadership skills; GMP, SOP, HACCP training.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) and computer literacy.
• Willing to work abroad; knowledge of fish canning industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, monitor and plan operational activities of canned tuna from misting to seaming.
• Control production process flow to maximize recovery while minimizing cost; prepare daily material budgets including CAPEX justifications.
• Monitor production speed and quality to minimize waste and cost.
• Conduct audits on daily processing efficiency and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Strictly implement SOP, GMP and sanitation procedures on all equipment and lines.
